Doors open 90 minutes before the event.. All Ticket purchasers will be contacted via e-mail a few days prior to the event date with additional program details. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All i-DOL & NEVERLAND Tickets and Ticket contents are non-transferable. The artist, show and venue reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. All sales are final. All merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. Merchandise is not required for venue entry.
