"Join us for an exciting cooking experience in Los Angeles where you will roll up your sleeves and learn how to make the ultimate Thai classic, Pad Thai! This hands-on class will teach you the art of creating this dish from scratch, including essential knife skills and prep techniques for perfect noodles. You'll also learn how to balance sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors to create an authentic Pad Thai sauce. After cooking, you'll enjoy your creation with other food enthusiasts.
