In this class, you will learn how to make an authentic and delicious Pad Thai dish. You will be taught basic knife skills and how to properly prepare the noodles. The instructor will guide you in making the traditional Pad Thai sauce from scratch, using fresh ingredients and special spices. After creating your dish, you will have the opportunity to plate, garnish, and enjoy it with other food enthusiasts. This class is for adults 18 and older, and you can bring your own beer or wine.
