This stage play will have dancing, singing, laughing, and a myriad of emotions as we set this adaptation of this novel. Amura is a girl growing up in a challenging household that has a mixture of love, resentment, and dysfunction. She has to find a way to navigate through the letdowns of people in her life starting with her own home, and take responsibility for her destiny. Relationships are important, and so is forgiveness.
