Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must have both a Character Experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend the Character Experience. SAP Center recommends bags 5"x9"x2" or smaller to expedite entry. However, we can accommodate larger bags up to 20"x14"x11"! All bags, including medical and infant bags, larger than 5"x9"x2" are subject to X-Ray inspection and will result in longer wait times for entry. Bags must fit under your seat; therefore, bags larger than 20"x14"x11" will not be permitted.
