New York Comedy Festival presents Z100s Down For Laughs - a one night ONLY Comedy show event where 100% of proceeds benefit the mission of Hearts of Joy International which provides lifesaving heart surgery for individuals with Down syndrome around the world. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bring your ticket confirmation email to the show and a picture ID to pick up your tickets the night of the show. The person who purchased the tickets is the only person who can pick up the ticket(s). At checkout, you will have the option to place a name other than yours to pick up the tickets at Will Call. This event is for 18 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating they are at least 18 years of age will not be admitted to this event and will not receive a refund. You should arrive 30 minutes before showtime as seating is First Come, First Sat. All shows are held irrespective of weather conditions. On some occasions, the weather may make the performance impossible to complete. In such instances, we will make the final determination of cancellation and refund availability. We will issue refunds ONLY if the show is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If a show is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer to purchase tickets. Tickets for this show will only be available online through TicketWeb. Tickets will not be sold by phone or in person.
