Ethan Iverson Trio

Ethan Iverson assembles an unprecedented trio for four nights at the Birdland Theater! On bass is Peter Washington, a deep swinger, the choice of so many top-tier musicians in New York. For drums, the legendary Peter Erskine makes a rare NYC appearance. Erskine was a favorite of Jaco Pastorius, powered the most durable edition of Weather Report, and has been associated with countless stars from John Abercrombie to Steely Dan. This acoustic trio will be playing Iverson originals and familiar jazz standards. Expect the unexpected!
