Hand Rolled Sushi - San Diego

Learn the art of sushi making at the Hand-Rolled Sushi Cooking Class in San Diego. This single ticket includes all equipment and ingredients, but drinks are not included. You'll learn how to make perfect sushi rice, select the right fish and ingredients, and create three types of rolls: Tuna or Salmon, California Roll, and "Catch of the Day" using fresh, local and sustainable
