About Kevin McDonald:Kevin McDonald, a comedian, actor, writer, and director, is best known as one of the founding members of the iconic comedy troupe The Kids in the Hall, which he started with Dave Foley after they met at Torontos Second City. The groups television series, which ran from 1988 to 1995, featured McDonald in several beloved recurring roles, such as the King of Empty Promises, Sir Simon Milligan, and Jerry Sizzler.Beyond The Kids in the Hall, Kevin has appeared in films like Boy Meets Girl, Lilo 70s Show, Arrested Development, MADtv, NewsRadio, The Martin Short Show, and Corner Gas. As a versatile voice actor, hes lent his talents to animated series such as Invader Zim, The Angry Beavers, Catscratch, and Clerks: The Animated Series. He also made a memorable appearance in Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends as Ivan, an imaginary friend.In 2006, Kevin hosted Sketch with Kevin McDonald on CBC, which won a Canadian Comedy Award for Best Taped Live Performance.
