Make Your Own Sushi - Austin

"Learn the art of making sushi rolls in a fun and interactive social cooking class. Discover how to prepare sushi rice, select quality fish, and add tasty ingredients to elevate your dining experience. You'll make two types of uramaki rolls (rice on the outside, seaweed on the inside) - California and Spicy Tuna - as well as a traditional hand-roll called Cucumber temaki. The class takes place at Fareground Austin and parking is available for 90 minutes at the One Eleven Garage. Please arrive 15 minutes early and be prepared to work with other guests in your booking party. Drinks can be purchased from the venue's bar, but outside beverages are not allowed.
