Make Your Own Sushi - NJ

Experience the excitement and fun of learning how to make your own sushi at Make Your Own Sushi in New Jersey! This hands-on cooking class offers the opportunity to learn how to make three delicious types of sushi rolls. The class takes place at either The Bistro @ Courtyard Marriott by Edgewater NYC or Brownsville Community Culinary Center, and drinks can be purchased at the venue. There are multiple dates and times available for this 2-hour class, and participants must be 21+ with a valid ID. Led by Chef Instructor Himanshu, you will learn all the techniques and secrets for making perfect sushi rice, cutting fresh ingredients, and mastering the art of rolling. You will have the chance to make California Roll, Spicy Salmon
