Akio Sakurai and his band, Mr. Jimmy, will make their Canadian debut with a three-night residency at the Kobayashi Hall on August 8th, 9th, and 10th.  The shows will be a faithful recreation of the three-night residency that Led Zeppelin held at Madison Square Garden in 1973 that led to the hit live album and film The Song Remains the Same, with a few surprises. Sakurais passion, virtuosity, and attention to detail will transport audiences to the front rows of an iconic moment in rock and roll history. From painstakingly correct vintage instruments, amplifiers, lighting, and stage gear, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
