In addition to performing with her own ensemble, Natalie has also been a featured vocalist in repeated appearances with the Scotty Barnhart Quintet, the Paul McDonald Big Band and the Brazilian band, Corcovado. She has shared the stage and recorded with such illustrious musicians as Justo Almario, Clayton Cameron, Tamir Hendelman, Abraham Laboriel, Andy Langham, James Leary, Mitchell Long, Roy McCurdy, and Trevor Ware. Her debut solo album, Sooner or Later, showcases her warm, inviting vocals on jazz standards, bossa nova and selections from the Great American Songbook. This performance not only marks the release of her debut album, but also her debut performance at Catalina Jazz Club. [Natalie] is a seasoned jazz vocalist based in Los Angeles who has developed her skills working in a variety of settings over the last two decades. When I first heard her, her sound and ease of delivery are what struck me most. Ive worked and recorded with some of the greatest singers in the history of jazz including Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Lena Horne, Joe Williams, Nancy Wilson, Carmen Bradford, and Diana Krall. Natalies warmth, clear delivery of lyrics, and her sound are among the best and she will rightfully take her place among those who have contributed most to the world of jazz vocals. -Scotty Barnhart, Director of the Count Basie Orchestra A voice that stopped me, personally, in my tracks. I just wanted to hear it again and again! -Bubba Jackson, DJ at KJAZZ 88.1 FM Catalina Jazz Club6725 West Sunset Blvd.Hollywood, CA 90028*Tickets purchased online receive priority seating.*Single Entree or Drink minimums apply for all tickets
