Sicilian Cannoli Workshop - NYC

At this workshop, you will have the opportunity to make your own Sicilian cannoli from scratch. The chef will demonstrate how to make and pipe a traditional ricotta cream filling. You can take home four cannoli once they are ready. The class takes place on various dates at The Rooftop at Selina Chelsea and is for those 21 and over with a valid ID. Drinks can be purchased from the venue but outside drinks are not allowed. During the class, you will learn the art of making cannoli dough, baking it, and creating the famous shell.
