Spanish Paella - Philadelphia

Learn how to make an authentic Spanish Paella in a fun and interactive class. Become a master of the Sofrito and Socarrat methods and impress your loved ones with your new signature dish. The class will take place on July 31st at 6:30 p.m. at Dock Street Fishtown, and is open to those 21 years and older with a valid ID.
