Sushi from Scratch - LA

"Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join us in Los Angeles for an exciting and interactive Sushi from Scratch class! Led by a professional chef, you'll learn the art of sushi making and create delicious rolls while enjoying a hands-on culinary experience. Highlights include mastering the perfect sushi rice, selecting fresh ingredients, and rolling your own Tuna, Salmon, and California rolls. Don't forget to bring your favorite Sake, wine, or beer to pair with your homemade sushi. This class will take place on December 1st at Partake Collective Food Hall and Commercial Kitchens, and will last from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The menu includes Tuna, Salmon, and California rolls,
