In this class, you will have the opportunity to master the skill of making French Choux pastry. Guided by a Pastry Chef Instructor, you will learn step-by-step how to create delicious treats such as Eclairs and Cream Puffs. The class will take place at The Bistro @ Courtyard Marriott and is open to individuals 21 years and older with a valid ID. Outside drinks are not permitted, but can be purchased at the venue. During the class, you will also learn the basics of making Gougères, Churros, French Cruller Donuts, and Choux Beignets. This hands-on experience will help you overcome the reputation of choux pastry being difficult and instead discover its surprisingly simple nature
