Intro to French Pastry - Houston

"Discover the secrets of French pastry making with our Intro to French Pastry class in Houston. This general admission ticket is for one person and includes a demonstration by a Pastry Chef Instructor on the art of Pâte à Choux, also known as Choux pastry. You will learn how to make the perfect choux dough, pipe and bake Eclairs and Cream Puffs (Profiteroles). In addition, you'll also learn how to make a simple but delicious vanilla and lemon curd for filling and decorating your pastries.
